In conjunction with Marketing, Technical and Supply Chain, you implement the Sector and Customer Strategy.What’s the role?As a Lubricant Technical Advisor B2C OEM, you define medium to long term lubricants technology and innovation strategy for the sector based on deep insights on Industry, consumer, competition and E2E value chain.Further accountabilities are as follows:Develop ecosystem/platform for services solutions basis customer needs, trends.Techno commercial value proposition development while managing interfaces with in and outside lubes.Joint technology roadmap for strategic OEMs/Key accounts (new approvals, co-engineering, co-development, futuristic solutions, and sustainability initiatives to decarbonize sector)Develop capabilities of channel as well Shell staff, jointly work on business lead.Other Strategic projects to support business growth delivery, brand building or premium drive by enhancing Shell’s Technology Leadership position.Adhere to Shell General Business Principles in all transactions and conduct of business with external parties.Demonstrate commitment to and be responsible for HSSE and the company commitment to sustainable development; inculcating safety conscious behavior with external parties; meeting own safety targets as per the performance contract.Demonstrate inclusive behavior in all aspects of the company's work, provide equal treatment to people from both genders, different cultural and ethnic backgrounds and recognize and respect different ways of thinkingWhat we need from youGraduate of Engineering Graduate and MBA with min of 8 to 10 years’ experience working in Automotive OEMs / lubricants industry.Acquired very specialized skills both from technology, commercial and developing innovating customer solutions and integrated offers.Ability to manage senior management stakeholders, local and global OEMs, leadership, external suppliers.When it comes to nurturing collaborative stakeholder relations it’s your excellent people skills that will make the difference. You will inspire people to make changes that will have a direct impact on our commercial success.
