Job Title: Cambridge Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position

We are looking for an experienced Cambridge Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling Grades VI – VIII and must be well-versed with the Cambridge curriculum. This role requires strong leadership, curriculum planning, and academic coordination skills.

• Oversee and manage the Cambridge curriculum for Grades VI – VIII.
  
• Ensure proper implementation of Cambridge policies and academic standards.
  
• Coordinate with teachers to enhance lesson planning and instructional strategies.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance for academic improvement.
  
• Organize teacher training sessions and workshops to maintain curriculum standards.
  
• Serve as a liaison between the school, Cambridge board authorities, and parents.
  
• Handle assessments, examinations, and report generation as per Cambridge guidelines.
  
• Ensure compliance with Cambridge international standards and accreditation requirements.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cambridge Coordinator in a reputed institution.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and international education standards.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to mentor teachers and enhance the overall academic environment.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced educational setting.
