Job Description

Leadership:


Lead Organization for Steering organization for achieving goals.


Has market outlook to read the market.


Roles to carryout:


Preparation and presentation of annual business plan and quarterly forecast for direct material inventory of Logistics controlled product areas.


Analysis of monthly inventory results, explain deviations from plan and recommend measures for improvement.


Prepare and conduct monthly inventory review with Material Planning department and Logistics management on progress of goals and measures.


Develop, implement and update inventory planning tools to assist in meeting departmental inventory goals.


Prepare and submit monthly reports to central Business Unit departments (e.g. LOG Costs).


Department responsible for PSIN worldwide cost tracking tool (WILCO)


Monitor and control material scrapping process.


Analyze Slow/No Move inventory and recommend/coordinate appropriate measures.


Analyze monthly Logistics costs (Fishbone) report, identify variances and recommend measures to meet plan.


Prepare and implement logistics allocation keys to ensure fair distribution of overall logistics costs.


Analyze and report freight costs by profit center based on actual freight spend (e.g. domestic, air, ocean).


Develop tools to support daily activities within the department and support process standardization.


Participate in CIP/Cross functional activities to drive improvements in the Logistics value stream.


Perform other essential and related duties as may be assigned.



Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting with minimum 6 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Mandated Knowledge of Python, SQl, Power BI
  • Added advantage with Knowledge of Supervised and unsupervised ML programming and algorithm 
  • Experience in training others such as acting as a knowledge resource.
  • Experience with supervising in knowledge transfer to others.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying project management principles to support departmental activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Macros) and proficiency in other MS Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Preferred:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Engineering,  minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry or controlling experience.
  • Masters in Finance,Supply chain
  • Python, SQL, Power BI, RPA
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Macros) and proficiency in other MS Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
