Job Description
- Sending quotation requests to transporters and obtaining at least three quotes for each dispatch.
- Coordinating with transporters to finalize logistics plans.
- Maintaining and updating dispatch files and TPT Cost file & Cost Comparison files.
- Saving purchase and sale documents systematically on shared drive.
- Checking transporter invoices for Payment and forwarding them to the accounts department for payment processing.
- Preparing sales invoice templates, verifying, and uploading them to the respective portals.
- Maintaining the TPT comparison file to evaluate transporter efficiency and costs.
- Updating the ERP/software for both purchase and sale and allocation on the sales side.
- Generating waybills as required.
- Cost Analysis and Reporting.
- Preparing monthly provisions for logistics and transportation.
- Saving and reviewing monthly dispatch details, waybill records, and FOR cost-saving data on share Drive.
- Managing RCM and invoice cutoff processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Compiling and analyzing monthly port dispatch details.
- Market analysis on transportation costs should be made this weekly or as and when required.
