Job Description: Logistics ExecutivePosition: Logistics ExecutiveExperience: 2+ YearsSalary: ₹25,000 - ₹27,000Location: Sakinaka, MumbaiGender Requirement: Male candidates onlyJob Summary:The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing the logistics, warehousing, and shipment operations to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehousing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily operations related to logistics, warehousing, and shipments.Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently.Coordinate with delivery executives to ensure timely and successful deliveries.Oversee branch operations, including service center and delivery center activities.Track and maintain accurate records of daily shipments and data.Train new team members and support their professional development.Handle team management and resolve operational escalations effectively.Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital data for accuracy and compliance.Ensure 100% delivery success through proactive monitoring and intervention.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience of 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or shipment operations.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes.Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.Effective team management and leadership skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Proficient in using logistics management software and digital tools.Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations.
