Logistics Executive

The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing the logistics, warehousing, and shipment operations to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehousing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Manage daily operations related to logistics, warehousing, and shipments.
  
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with delivery executives to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
  
• Oversee branch operations, including service center and delivery center activities.
  
• Track and maintain accurate records of daily shipments and data.
  
• Train new team members and support their professional development.
  
• Handle team management and resolve operational escalations effectively.
  
• Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital data for accuracy and compliance.
  
• Ensure 100% delivery success through proactive monitoring and intervention.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Proven experience of 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or shipment operations.
  

• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes.
  
• Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.
  
• Effective team management and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Proficient in using logistics management software and digital tools.
  
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations.
