Logistics Management – Logistics Operations, Inbound & Outbound Process, Order processing & Invoicing, Sales Order, Debit & Credit note, MIS Reporting, Transportation, Distribution, Tracking Shipment, Transport Negotiations, Customer Support for Spares parts.
Warehouse Management – Warehouse Operations, Helping for GRN, RGP & NRGP, Receiving Goods, Material Storage, Import Documentation, Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Overall responsible for 3PL’s & other vendors related to warehouse.
Import & Export - Import & Export Documentation, responsible for Custom Clearance, CHA Handling, Coordination with Vendors. Products classification as per Customs Tariff, IEC, SVB, DGFT, BIS, Type Approvals Besides Operation, Manage day to day operation for Imports.
Audits Handlings- Reconcilable for the Internal & External Audits for the GMP & ISO13485, Responsible for the Standard Operation processed as per the Company Policy, Responsible for the Audits of CA Related things.
Billing & Bookings- Reconcilable for the Invoices booking of CHA & Transported items, Creation of PO (Purchase Orders).
