The Loan Manager will oversee the loan counselling team, ensuring that student leads are efficiently converted into loan applications and processed through to disbursement. This role involves managing the performance of loan counsellors, coordinating with lenders, and optimizing the loan application process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management:Lead, train, and mentor a team of loan counsellors.Set performance targets and monitor the team’s progress.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
●Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
●Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loan processing or financial services, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
●In-depth knowledge of loan products, processes, and regulations.
●Proven leadership and team management skills.
●Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
●Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
