About the team:
Team involves handling day-to-day issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing user support. Focuses on the technical aspects of support, including fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
What you will be doing:
- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
- Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
- Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.
- Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software..
What you bring:
- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in Application Support and Production Support.
- Good Experience in Unix, Windows, SQL, Oracle , Unix Shell scripting ,Python, ansible, java ,Weblogic and automation.
- Good Experience in support and monitoring tools like Splunk
- Familiarity with Incident and Change Management processes.
- Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational shifts
