And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Business Process Excellence (BPE) Lead is an important member of the Business Process Excellence team. The BPE Lead is ultimately responsible for organizational efficiency and effectiveness and uses all means available to collaborate and deliver cross functional processes and improvements.The BPE Lead is responsible for developing business process maps and business process playbooks that describe the operational business processes for a service offering.  The BPE Lead will overlay our internal business processes over the expected customer experience and outcomes to ensure process efficiency and customer satisfaction. The BPE Lead will also be responsible for delivering the results and outcomes of their efforts through business reviews and redouts to cross functional stakeholders including leadership.A key component of this role involves a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization which leads to transformational results. The BPE Lead will be responsible for an ongoing effort to help enhance all aspects of the organization, including processes, tools, and services through various continuous improvement methodologies.You will report to the Business Process Excellence Manager.Core Responsibilities:Develop and maintain business process maps, business process playbooks and customer journey maps. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for enhancement, design solutions to address inefficiencies, and oversee the implementation. of strategies through continuous improvement efforts.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using various tools such as Visio and Miro in addition to various methodologies like Lean and/or Six Sigma.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the business to track the effectiveness of process improvements.Qualifications and Skills:A bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or minimum of 5 year equivalent experience.Project Management: Excellent project management skills to oversee process improvement initiatives.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for enhancement.Process Development: Proven track record in standardizing and simplifying processes across offerings & regions based on efficiencies, best practices, etcProcess Mapping: Proven efficiency in process mapping abilities to streamline workflows and drive efficiency that leads the organization towards its strategic objectives.Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.Communication: Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex data and engage with all levels of leadership in addition the ability to lead those on your team and those who indirectly report to you.In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement roles and/or project management experience.Proficiency in data collection and analysis using data visualization tools.Soft Skills:The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of adaptability and maintain composure in the face of ambiguous situations.Embrace evolving business objectives with a collaborative spirit, effectively engaging with colleagues at all levels, including senior management and global cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.Desired Certifications:PmP Certification for Project ManagementChange Management CertificationDesired Platforms:Proficient in project management and mapping tools such as, Miro, Visio, Prime, SignavioMS Office SuitesSAPExperience in leveraging AI technologies for process efficiency Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
