About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s Global Legal Team handles a wide-range of mission-critical projects and work streams that leverage a portfolio of cloud-based tools and datasets. The Legal Operations Data Analyst joins CrowdStrike’s award winning Legal Operations Team, focused on supporting the global legal organization through an innovative combination of people, process and technology solutions. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations with primary responsibility for building data analysis tools to drive efficient operations.
What You’ll Do:
The Legal Data Analyst will help design and implement leading-edge data analysis and visualization capabilities that will drive new insights and efficiencies for the Legal Team and its internal clients and stakeholders.
This role will also help optimize existing workflows and data connections, while assessing opportunities for increased automation and AI-enabled self-service functionality, making the Legal Data Analyst a key player in the ongoing digital transformation strategy for CrowdStrike’s Legal Team.
What You'll Need:
Proficiency in data analysis, designing metrics, troubleshooting and validating data with a genuine technology and problem solving curiosity
Expertise in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools including data preparation, visualization, creation and maintenance of dashboards with an emphasis on maintaining cohesive, informative, and clear presentations through storytelling from underlying data
Ability to present complex information in an accurate and persuasive manner
Proficiency in Snowflake or similar data warehouse tools including expertise in SQL and experience manipulating large data sets, interpreting trends, and managing multiple data sources
Serve as the analytical owner within the legal department including effectively communicating data findings to the broader team and partner with them to drive prioritization and shape metrics design and implementation decisions.
Must have strong client service orientation and demonstrated high level of customer focus, independence and initiative
Must be very organized and have a high level of attention to detail
Able to work independently and as a team player who can easily handle shifting priorities, multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information
Bonus points:
Legal data and workflow knowledge
Experience with API and automation protocols
Python / R (or Java/Scala)
Statistical modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Business Insights tools (i.e., Tableau)
Experience in the Legal Field
