About You and the role:

As a Learning Specialist at our manufacturing plant, you will be the key HR focal point, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and effective liaison with government bodies. You will also coordinate training, manage contracts, oversee material coordination, and handle CSR activities, while providing administrative support and facility management

Your Core Responsibilities

• Establishes a learning network within the organization to implement the learning strategy, and associated plans which will meet global, business and functional learning objectives.
• Managing the entire employee lifecycle ensuring statutory compliance and liaising with government bodies.
• You will also coordinate training programs, handle contract management, and oversee material coordination, CSR activities, and facility management

Your qualification and experience:

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in HR management, statutory compliance, and administrative roles within a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to liaise effectively with government bodies and manage training programs[^i^].
