Contributes to program design customization and implementation work streams for specific function-wide L&D programs and training initiatives/curricula
Delivers training as well as supports the training design process through gathering and delivering feedback from trainees and other core service staff regarding opportunities for improvement
Conducts data gathering activities to asses program performance, employee reception, ROI and capability/talent gap analysis
Serves as a point of reference for employee questions or concerns regarding L&D programs and capabilities
Manages work streams and communications for change management implementation initiatives and outsourcing or cross-functional collaboration.
Liaises with vendors and gathers and processes vendor performance and price metrics to consistently report on vendor relationships
