Your Role and Responsibilities
As Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to design, develop, and evaluate instructionally sound learning and performance interventions.
Your primary responsibilities include:


  • Create instructional sound learning experiences using adult learning principles designed to close performance gaps.
  • Lead and mentor teams of other IDs and Associate IDs, as needed.
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing client proposals and also support in documenting, reviewing, and validating client requirements.
  • Write and evaluate learning or performance objectives based on needs analysis, requirement gathering, and project scope.
  • Leverage adult learning theory and client scope to select and implement instructional strategies.
  • Create instructional design documents.
  • Recommend delivery system alternatives based on learning strategy, content, and client constraints.
  • Develop content and/or oversee content development while collaborating with other learning team members.
  • Assist in and/or conduct pilots of new learning experiences.
  • Design evaluation instruments (such as assessment questions or surveys) to measure learning effectiveness and improve new or existing learning experiences.
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager, reporting progress and staying within the project hour allocations while adhering to budget limits.
  • Proofread, edit, and update all learning deliverables regularly.
  • You may be expected to act as a team QA, reviewing all team deliverables



Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Graduate or postgraduate with 10-12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5-7 years in end-to-end Content Development/ Instructional Design for any International IT / ITES Company
  • Should have strong hands-on experience in design methods including the ADDIE model at a Global Level & Graphic Model Tools
  • Proven ability to apply learning theory, create learning experiences, and deliver them effectively.
  • Expertise in conducting audience, job tasks, and content analysis to tailor learning solutions.
  • Must be skilled in writing performance objectives and assessment questions.
  • Proven experience in courseware development tools like Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Rise, murf, PageTiger or WalkMe
  • Relevant Experience in using graphic tools for Image resizing, cropping, colour adjustment, and text replacement
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral & written
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to pre-empt potential issues and reprioritize work to meet ever-changing needs of customers both internal and external; proactively follows up with key customers on resolution and action plans
  • Ability to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, well-thought-out solutions that meet the needs of the business
  • Effectively Works with Others – Works well with internal customers and external suppliers and can positively influence others in problem-solving and work process improvements
  • Excellent Customer Service skills – ability to communicate to all people at all levels within the organization.
  • Must have the ability to resolve difficult customer service issues High degree of numeracy skills with meticulous attention to details Teamwork – the ability to work well within the team
  • You should be flexible to work in night shifts.
