We
are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer with minimum of 8+
years to join our dynamic team. The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for
overseeing the user experience design process from concept to completion,
ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users. This role requires a
deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership
skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
We
are looking for: Lead UX Designer
You’ll
make a difference by:
- Defines UX strategy for
the assigned products and Solutions in the organization.
- Plans and designs the
user experience for specific communications tools and the respective standards
and procedures.
- Incorporates a visual
or brand identity into a finished product in conjunction with creative
directors and visual designers.
- Defines and implements
user designs and design components based on existing user experience strategy
and concepts.
- Evaluates existing
applications / functionality and their UX (user experience) effectiveness.
- Defines interaction
models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications.
- Develops and maintains
design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications.
- Runs user testing of
various IoT applications, software, products, and websites.
- Communicates scenarios
(hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen
designs to the stakeholders working on a product.
- Lead and mentor a team
of UX designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and creative
work environment.
- Develop and communicate
a clear UX vision and strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Ensure that the final
product meets design standards and provides a consistent and intuitive user
experience.
- Advocate for
user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization
- Conduct and oversee
user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and
competitive analysis.
- Analyze research data
to generate insights and identify opportunities for improving the user
experience.
- Develop user personas,
journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings.
- Create wireframes,
prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design
concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with
product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design
feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
- Iterate on designs
based on feedback and usability testing results.
- Present and articulate
design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate design
workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.
- Review and provide
feedback on design deliverables from team members
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex problems into
simple and intuitive designs.
- Exceptional
communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design
decisions and rationale.
- Work closely with
cross-functional teams, including product management, development, marketing,
and customer support.
- Excellent understanding
of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information
architecture.
