Job DescriptionWhat Does Success Look Like?

As a Technical Project Manager – Integrations, you will be responsible for leading integration projects, ensuring seamless execution, and enhancing customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success, to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer engagement to drive impactful outcomes.


What You’ll Do
  • Own the delivery of Sprinklr integrations using standardized connectors and customized enterprise solutions.
  • Engage early in pre-sales cycles and ensure smooth project transition from sales to implementation.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions to capture business, functional, and technical needs from customers and vendors.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including kickoff presentations, detailed project schedules, UAT documents, and trackers.
  • Identify, clarify, and communicate project goals to align with client strategic objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and assign tasks to technical personnel to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and escalate challenges to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure successful project handoff to Customer Success teams for long-term adoption and growth.
What Makes You Qualified?
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with expertise in project management processes and tools.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams on complex customer projects.
  • Experience managing US-based enterprise customers and working in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, application layer protocols (e.g., HTTP), and integrations—familiarity with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, etc. is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and independently manage operational project aspects.
  • Passion for excellence with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and contingency planning skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability.
