What will Lead Technical Account Manager APAC do We are looking for a highly skilled Leader Technical Account Manager to be the first man on the ground for our post-sales operations in the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing expert technical support, and building a robust technical account management team over time.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our APAC customers, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Ensure the accurate review and elimination of cyber threat intelligence findings generated by our platform.
  • Conduct platform-independent research on attack surface management and digital risk protection for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging SOCRadar's platform.
  • Lead customer meetings to discuss technical requests, findings, and solutions.
  • Communicate customer requests to relevant internal teams and follow up on the process.
  • Prepare technical content, reports, and blog posts on requested topics.
  • Write scripts to automate routine tasks when necessary.
  • Create environments and perform verification for customers requesting 0-day or critical vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the changing threat landscape to provide proactive support to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Over time, build and lead a team of technical account managers to support the growing customer base in the APAC region.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in cyber threat intelligence, attack surface management, and digital risk protection.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Experience with scripting languages and automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
