As a Lead Solutions Analyst in our Payments team, you will play a central role in promoting our success. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
- Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
- Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
- Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent expertise at troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium or a similar tool is required.
- Functional knowledge of Payments domain and experienced in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution.
- Utilization of test automation tools, to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution, therefore previous experience of automated testing is required.

- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision on day-to-day activities and to use effective systemic data driven reporting to support program reporting.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced in using Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation.
- Experienced in using Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium or a similar tool is required.
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation.
- Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB’s delivering in a highly complex, pressurized and high volume environment.
- Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills. PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structure presentations with minimal input and need for secondary review.
