As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products. Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. ORMaster's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. ORPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.Job Overview: You will be part of Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC - Silicon Validation team, particularly running High Volume Validation on given project/-You will working with IP validation teams and Systems validation Lead / system content engineer to execute system level test scenario.- Own SoC frequent regression and execute end-to-end regression suite considering SoC design corner cases wrt power and performance.-Executing High Volume Validation on thousands of devices in lab and stabilizing the production screen content before Customer Shipment (CS) milestone.- Lead the lab execution and work with team member for regular reporting of test content stability, regression report and failure debugs.Mandatory Skills:- Basics of ARM SoC architecture, Multicore/Multiprocessor with SMP/heterogenous cores.- Hands on Python, C programming, test automation programming, remote job scheduling, results collection, post-processing.- Working experience with test management web servers and regression reports automation.- Using JTAG based debuggers, compilers/linkers.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.• 2 to 3 years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.Preferred QualificationsYou will be part of Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC - Silicon Validation team, particularly running High Volume Validation on given project/-You will working with IP validation teams and Systems validation Lead / system content engineer to execute system level test scenario.- Own SoC frequent regression and execute end-to-end regression suite considering SoC design corner cases wrt power and performance.-Executing High Volume Validation on thousands of devices in lab and stabilizing the production screen content before Customer Shipment (CS) milestone.- Lead the lab execution and work with team member for regular reporting of test content stability, regression report and failure debugs.Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
