Summary: VES is looking for a Lead - Production (Dispatch-Packing Dept) to join our team in Faridabad, India location. This person will be responsible for coordinating and supervises the dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. This role involves managing a team, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Make dispatch plan in co-ordination with sales and production team.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., production, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products according to schedule.
• Lead, supervise, and train the dispatch team to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to dispatch activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Education and/or Experience:
        

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma Holder in any stream or a related field.
• Proven 3-7 years’ work experience as a Packaging & Dispatch supervisor/executive or a similar role in the Dispatch department.
• Complete knowledge of the industry standards and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work in flexible hours.
• Effective communication skill, verbal as well written.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving abilities.
