In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's complex network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale enterprise network architecturesDevelop and maintain network security protocols, including firewall configurations and VPN technologiesManage routing and switching technologies to ensure efficient data flow across the networkImplement and maintain cloud networking solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCPConduct regular network performance assessments and implement optimization strategiesTroubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutionsDevelop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align network capabilities with business objectivesMentor and guide junior network engineers, fostering their professional growthStay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practicesLead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level networksCCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification required; CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) preferredExtensive knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshootingStrong expertise in routing and switching technologies, firewall configuration, and VPN solutionsProficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting toolsExperience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCPSolid understanding of network security best practices and protocolsProficiency in automation and scripting languages, particularly Python and AnsibleExcellent project management skills, including the ability to lead complex network initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members (for Lead role)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
