Lead Integration Architect

Introduction
As an IBM APIC and IBM ACE architect, you will apply your deep expertise in Architecture, Design, Development & unit testing experience in either of the ACE or APIC or DataPower skills OR Both, skills on IBM Cloudpak for Integration and deep dive understanding on APIC, IIB / IBM ACE,MQ, Kafka. Has experience & responsible for leading a solution for digital transformation solution using IBM API Platforms and IBM ACE ,Has experience in creating low-level & high level designs for APIs, Securities, Back end integrations, Has experience in supporting different testing phases and Application in production, Understands the Microservices Concepts, Gateway Policies. Implemented custom gateway policies, Hàs knowledge and exposure to Cloud Pak for Integration. You will also have to ensure that the best practices prescribed for the products are implemented on the ground, for the customer. Based on your expertise and skills gained over the years, you will have to review and guide customers and IBM partners. Have deep know how on DevOps methodology and tools.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Delivering web service design, Development, and APIC gateway management.

• Good Knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in OAuth 2, API Key Manager.
• Knowledge of JSON, JWT and JWKS and their underlying specifications
• Understanding HTTP and HTTPS protocols and knowledge on HTTP headers, request/response, XML/JSON data structure, HTTP status codes, GET/POST methods, CRUD operations .
• Must have lead experience of handling project independently and leading project task end to end.
• Experience in Design multiple services based on different standards for REST, web services, data integration techniques, messaging, and transformation engines and non-standard services (APIs).
• Develop and Troubleshoot message translation related issues while communicating with backend (JSON to SOAP / SOAP to JSON).
• Good Knowledge of DevOps and CICD process life cycle.
• Working experience in the Agile Scrum delivery model is needed
• Strong Core Java skills for implementing Restful web services.
• Knowledge of web services design patterns and continuous integration principles.
• Strong Understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You will apply your deep expertise in solutioning, designing, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support CloudPak for Integration on-premise/on cloud.

• As a consultant you will have responsibility towards services pre-sales activities also. You will be required to understand the customer requirements and create a proposals, demos to be agreed with the customer.
• The CloudPak for Integration Lead will be responsible for delivering end to end client engagements, work on a daily basis, including but not restricted to Design, Installation, Configuration, Development, Deployment, Performance Tuning and Post Live Support of the entire project lifecycle.
• He/she will also be assisting with the Design, Development & unit testing experience in either of the APIC or DataPower skills OR Both, Has experience & responsible for leading a solution for digital transformation solution using IBM API Platforms, Has experience in creating low-level & high level designs for APIs, Securities, Back end integrations, Has experience in supporting different testing phases and Application in production, Understands the Microservices Concepts, Gateway Policies.
