Overview We are PepsiCo data science practitioners and thought leaders that partner with business analytics teams across PBNA (COE), to help them to identify and create solutions that unlock the full potential of their data in solving business problems and exploiting business opportunities. The COE also partners with leadership and utilize our PepsiCo business knowledge and experience to recommend business tactics and strategies along with associated analytics solutions to facilitate them. The COE’s core competencies are a mastery of data visualization, data engineering, data transformation, predictive and prescriptive analytics and AI. Specifically, this role serves as an a communications and user experience design expert for the GTM and Operations COE project development and fulfillment team. This role is the go-to resource for building/ maintaining communication campaigns for the entire PBNA Go-to-Market and Operations COE to enable adoption, improve user engagement and data literacy for field leaders, sector and frontline users. Responsibilities .Partner with multiple teams and project owners across the North America business to curate content for monthly and bi-weekly newsletters. Build the newsletter and share the campaign engagement reports. • Conceptualize and create custom communication collaterals that will be broadcasted across various channels in the form of graphics, videos, etc. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a campaign strategy and content that is engaging and relevant for the target audience and broadcast the final output to the end users. • Collaborate with the data analytics team to identify trends and insights in the campaign engagement reports. • Create high quality graphics, documents and videos based on communication needs (navigation/ instructional videos or topical videos) • Adhere to brand guidelines and thoroughly review the content before publishing. • Develop best practices and templates in communication and design to improve collaboration efficiency. • Content creation, design and regular maintenance of web pages. • Mentor/ coach the new team members on the existing communication processes and best practices • Play integral role in supporting team operations • Ideate & conceptualize projects and implement best practices for UX design • Co-Lead project planning sessions with key stakeholders to analyze business opportunities and define end to end business processes. Translate operational requirements into design elements in order to organize and present data in an actionable manner Qualifications Undergrad degree in or certification in design field or instructional design Working experience in corporate communications, graphic design and video editing Knowledge or working experience of UI/UX design Preferred Skills: Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD) Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, project management and problem solving skills as well as great attention to detail Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities Passion for learning and upskilling as the role demands Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams Strives to think in new ways to support our customers, leveraging technology and processes Enthusiasm to learn on the job and be flexible as per business requirements and timelines.
