10-12 years of experience in IT industry with a hands-on exposure to design, develop scalable cloud-based web applications. 
Title: Deputy Manager
Mandatory skillset:


Hands on experience with,
Java v17 and above; Spring-Boot v3.x; Junit v5;
Angular and NextJS;
JPA,MongoDB, Liquibase, Logback/Log4J, SonarQube, Docker, Maven/Gradle, git, git flow, GitLab CI, Microservice, DevOps, Web Oriented Architecture, Design Patterns, API first approach, Swagger, ELK or any Log visualization tool, Dynatrace or any Monitoring tool, Apigee, Cache (ehcache/Redis), AWS/GCP Cloud solutions, OpenId Connect (OAuth/ NetIQ/ SailPoint)
HTML5, CSS3, Angular Material/ BootStrap, Karma/Jasmin (or) Jest or any Unit testing tool
UI Libraries [Lodash | Moment | d3.js/vega | SASS | CSS, ngx Translate | i18n

•    Obsessive Continuous Learner

•    Strong agile mindset 
•    Excellent communicator with different stakeholders at varying levels. 


Major Responsibilities
•    Can be Full Stack (Front & Back) with Expert skills on Backend (server side)
•    Technical referent of the Product
•    Always be in touch with Solution Architect to ensure the consistency of the technical solution
•    Propose technical solutions and contribute to the architecture
•    Help team to master and grow technical skills 
•    Provides guidelines and expertise on technology implementation design
•    Ensure the technical excellence, modularity and scalability of technological solutions
•    Ensure the technical consistency which will make up the final product
•    Pilot the diagnostic and the resolution of complex issues
•    Organize and optimize the development process like TDD, Pair Programming etc.
•    Ensures technical best practices alignment between teams and promotes new ones
•    Verify that the level of quality of the solutions is in conformance with the quality objectives
