Lead Data Architect
We are seeking a talented, motivated and self-driven professional to join the HH Digital, Data & Analytics (HHDDA) organization and play an active role in Human Health transformation journey to become the premier “Data First” commercial biopharma organization.
As a Lead Data Architect, you will be part of the HHDDA Commercial Data Solutions team, providing technical/data expertise development of analytical data products and is responsible for understanding business challenges will play a crucial part in designing and optimizing conceptual, logical, scalable database models. This position will be responsible for a broad range of activities, include analyzing system requirements, implementing data migration strategies, and ensuring the efficient and secure storage of organization’s information. This individual is expected to be collaborative and a strong team player, interacting with multiple internal and external groups, to influence decision-making for the teams they support, while working closely with the team.

Your specific responsibilities will include:
In collaboration with the Product Owner and Lead Engineer, the Data Architect will manage the following:
·Understand business use cases – solutions, challenge and prioritize data requirements, discuss and lead product scaling and flexibility
Design advanced conceptual, logical and physical data organizations, data models, repository, dashboards, reports within a complete functional and technical architecture
Partners with other enterprise architects, infrastructure, and software experts to define metadata layers, technical strategy, and optimal integration within existing landscape Translate to technical designers or developers designed solution, review proposed solution, and optimize it when required
Coordinate with the relevant teams to identify future needs and requirements pertaining to data and design
Ensure business access to adequate, understandable, accurate data
Design, develop and continuously improve supporting activities (automation of versioning and release management, scheduling, security models, impact assessment of new changes …)
·Manage the end to end architecture for the whole life cycle of the domain and solution product
