We are now recruiting for a NON-SAP Remediation BTG Portfolio Test Manager. This is an exciting opportunity which will be at the centre of a significant SAP S/4 programme. Working with the different business and Application teams to support the transition to the new technology solution being defined by the S/4 programme. Our transformation journey will result in a significant change on the end-to-end business technology landscape this team will be responsible for making sure we manage the changes to the integrated application landscape.


Key Activities


BTG Engagement and Partnering


  • Partner with BTG System Owners and System Teams to identify early testing requirements - As an output from High level impact assessments


  • Review and partner with BTG System Owners and teams to understand impacts and remediation requirements (Application and Integration)


  • Partner with BTG App teams, wider AZIT test capabilities (SQ&T) and their OSPs, or external 3rd party organisations to ensure test resources are secured to deliver the testing requirements across the lifecycle.


Test scoping and planning.


  • Explore opportunities to implement Axial Non-SAP delivery principles.


  • Using the Axial Non-SAP estimating model, estimate test resource requirements from the BTGs to scope, plan, prepare and execute the testing.


  • Produce high level application test delivery plans (Schedules)


  • Ensure test support requirements are provisioned for, to support the Deployment System Integration and User Acceptance test phases.


Test Delivery oversight and Governance


  • Adopt governance and monitoring practices to ensure accuracy of data and test metrics collated through test management tools, ensuring the constituency and accuracy of the data.


  • Ensure test delivery aligns to any regulatory standards (GxP, SoX)


  • Communicate risks, issues and escalations to the NON-SAP Deployment Test Manager and NON-SAP Global Test Lead in a timely manner.


  • Track and monitor the delivery of Application (and integration) remediation testing (system, regression, Link testing) across the BTG Application Portfolio


  • Ensure alignment of Test delivery to NON-SAP Test approach and deployment requirements


  • Be a positive advocate of the Axial programme goals, objectives and deployment plans to wider AZ IT, business and peer groups.


Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience


Essential


  • At least 10 years experience in Test Management.


  • Experience across different BTG areas (Ops, EU, R&D and Commercial).


  • Experience of Managing multiple change items concurrently through their test delivery lifecycle


  • Extensive experience of collaborating and communicated with senior and external stakeholders.


  • Extensive experience of co-ordinating business resources in acceptance activities.


  • Experience of overseeing and governing a portfolio of test activities


  • Experience in work with multi-functional teams to deliver technology related business change projects/programmes.


  • Knowledge and experience of testing using integration stubs, harnesses, and point to point link testing.


  • Knowledge of accelerated test delivery principles.


  • Extensive experience of using JIRa and the JIRa x-Ray modules, as well as ALM


  • Extensive experience of automation tools like Leapwork and Selenium


  • Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills


  • Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions


  • Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors


Desirable


  • Experience with BTG owned Applications


  • Experience designing and creating automatic dashboards (Power BI), tools to keep an up to date inventory list of the applications.


  • Education:


Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent)

            Advanced English Language skills
