Join us as an MDM BAU Lead at AstraZeneca, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company. In this role, you will lead a team of MDM engineers to build and support high-quality MDM solutions in a complex business landscape. Accountabilities:
As an MDM BAU Lead, you will manage the Enterprise Reltio platform within agreed SLAs and work with Business Technology Groups and Product Owners stakeholders to manage BAU Change Requests. You will collaborate with our MDM business stakeholders, solution architects, tech leads, data stewards, business analysts and data quality assurance analysts, to deliver high-quality MDM solutions into production. You will also review the code of the MDM engineers, ensuring alignment with enterprise coding standards and high-quality automated unit testing and code management practices.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong experience in technical leadership, mentoring MDM team of size approx. 5.
- Proficient in MDM technical design, industry standards, best patterns, and unit test automation practices.
- Hands-on experience in building MDM solutions using technologies, such as Reltio or similar.
- Strong engagement, communication, and partner leadership skills.
- Proficient in English both verbal and written.
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to MDM project teams, and monitoring and reporting on progress and outcomes to leadership.
- Good written documentation skills.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment (GxP or similar).
- Hands-on experience in building REST APIs and Integration using technologies, such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic or similar.
- Experience in MDM Architecture and Data Modelling principles.
- Working in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar landscapes.
- Coaching skills to guide the team and individuals to succeed in their tech role.
- DevOps experience including deployment automation, code review automation, code repository process automation and code coverage & unit testing automation.
