Introduction to role:
Are you ready to take the lead in managing IT/OT environments and developing highly scalable infrastructures? We are looking for an IT/OT Lead to join our I&O Edge and Data Management team. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure efficient operations, cost-effectiveness, and quality delivery throughout the infrastructure life cycle of products or services in critical manufacturing sites.
Accountabilities:
As an IT/OT Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reliability of our systems and services. You will lead the implementation of IT/OT best practices, incorporating automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management into our operations. You will also define and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets to maintain high service availability. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents in a timely manner in IT/OT environment.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 6 to 9 years’ experience.
- Strong technical expertise in managing complex IT/OT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools, Ansible, Terraform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
