Lead CAD Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CAD Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) and will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of design projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the CAD design team in the creation of detailed engineering drawings and models.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure design feasibility and efficiency.
• Review and approve CAD drawings and models produced by team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Develop and implement CAD standards and best practices to enhance design quality and productivity.
• Mentor and train junior CAD engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
