Responsibilities
• Support integrated marketing managers on campaigns as a program manager.
• Lead brand governance – Display a leadership mindset to manage relationships with Guardian leaders, vendor and creative team to resolve and/or escalate key questions / decisions as needed.
• Lead the evolution and redesign of our digital brand center
o Lead recommendations on how and what should be evolved on the brand center leveraging existing data and audits basis Guardian’s brand strategy
o Program manage the brand center relaunch including setting a schedule, deadlines and holding partners accountable.
o Day to day vendor manager for brand center (Adjistics)
o Collaboration and communication: Working effectively with designers and editors to ensure it the platform meets the needs of our organization
o Conduct audits: Identify gaps and redundancies in the site content.
o Reporting and analytics for the brand center including recommending optimizations.
o Collect ongoing feedback from users on the brand center.
o Serve as content manager and subject matter expert for the Brand Center website
Preferred skills:
• 5-7 years of experience as a marketing and brand management professional
• Vendor management experience
• Expertise in platform/ web management
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Brand marketing and brand visual identity experience will be preferred – understands how to interpret brand guidelines and enforce rules
• Communicates effectively / clearly – will be communicating and interacting with stakeholders across the business
• Ability to manage their own projects and work independently
• Ability to take feedback and direction and is collaborative.
