Position Overview:
International Benefit Delivery teams is currently looking for Lead Benefits Delivery Specialist to join their team in Bangalore, India, supporting our global team with a focus on the APAC region.
This role involves leading the development, implementation, and management of global employee benefit programs while providing expert guidance and oversight to suppliers, business partners, and team members. The individual must have experience with flexible benefit programs, working across multiple entities and geographies, as well as demonstrated experience with benefit technology systems from configuration through to delivery and sustainment.
The position will report to the Senior Manager for International Relocations and Benefits and will receive day-to-day direction from the Interim Senior Manager for International Benefits Delivery. The candidate will partner closely with a peer lead, support junior team members, insurance providers and a matrixed HR organization with contacts based across the globe. Primary country of responsibility will be India, and secondary region will be SE Asia.
The candidate must be willing to work fully onsite at the Boeing India campus. Hybrid work is not an option.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide functional leadership for a global team, focusing on the APAC region.
Offer expert advice on benefit plan design changes and facilitate the implementation of new or modified plans.
Ensure legislative compliance and serve as a subject matter expert on audits and appeals
Manage supplier relationships, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality delivery.
Oversee third-party operations to ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements.
Assist with corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and collective bargaining activities, providing insights for benefit strategies.
Monitor legislative actions impacting benefit plans to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
Coordinate communication and implementation schedules with internal organizations and supplier partners to ensure accurate and timely benefits changes.
Manage and organize employee benefit data with suppliers and internal partners.
Audit and monitor benefit provider performance metrics and standards.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management while adapting to changes in the work environment.
Lead innovative benefit program development aligned with organizational goals and present options that balance HR discipline with business objectives.
Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and change-driven activities.
Analyze project metrics, recommending recovery plans, changes, and corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
Lead the implementation of best practices by conducting independent reviews and high-level analyses (trend, variance, impact), determining project scope, and overseeing planning requests.
Lead the resolution of issues by identifying and addressing challenges associated with the development and implementation of operational plans.
Identify potential risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine the business case to enhance project outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A minimum of 10 years of experience in management of benefit operations in diverse environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management or equivalent .
Qualification in business management (e.g MBA) will be an added advantage.
Typical Education & Experience:
• Typically, 12-16 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc.) preferred but not required.”
