Building Automation & Optimization to streamline operational workflows, reducing manual intervention
Identify, evaluate and embrace emerging technologies
Rich understanding and experience in identifying intelligent automation opportunities (Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process mining, etc.
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and findings.
Able to analyze the root causes and efficiently eliminate the problem. Passion for solving problems and excellent analytical skills
Process optimization experience; identification improvement opportunities, quantifying impact, designing to-be process and operationalizing solution to deliver benefits
Designs solution (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated
Engage cross functionally with Technology on information exchange, requirement planning; with metrics & reporting teams around data exchange and critical metric measurements
Knowledge of cash collections & cash operations process.
Knowledge of electronic/Direct Debit payment.
Highly motivated, task oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proven customer service experience, ideally working with large international clients
Demonstrated success handling accounts receivable and resolving billing issues
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set and handle multiple priorities
Ability to drive performance and ensure results delivery
Excellent ability to speak and write in English Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong skills in excel
2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
Financial services industry experience desired
