QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., information security, computer science, engineering) .
  • Several years of experience in a lead architect role within premises security or a related area.
  • Proven experience in premises security architecture and management.
  • Technical expertise in security operations and implementation.
  • Lenel Open Access program - hands-on experience.
  • Good understanding of Lenel hardware.
  • Good understanding of HID readers and their encryption.
  • Good understanding of Network and VLAN segmentations.
  • Hands-on experience with Milestone or other CCTV systems.
  • Thorough understanding of Software Development lifecycle model.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management, Product Rollout, UAT Testing, Custom App Development, Host Infrastructure.
  • Experience in designing an office security concept.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
  • Experience managing agile teams and working with product managers.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the premises security team in Gurugram, which is essential to the company’s smart office initiative. This team works collaboratively and agilely, connecting with colleagues and stakeholders from all regions. 
You will help deliver solutions that support the company’s goals. The team values innovation, communication, and teamwork, creating a supportive environment for growth. You will work on advanced projects that improve the smart office ecosystem and gain experience in both technical and strategic aspects of premises security. 
This role offers a chance to develop skills in international collaboration, agile methods, technical leadership, and vendor management, while contributing to a secure and efficient workplace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a key member of the premises security team, you will ensure the security and efficiency of the company's smart office ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders from different regions to achieve strategic goals.  
Daily, you will work with the product manager to align initiatives and priorities. You will co-host agile ceremonies like stand-up meetings to keep the team aligned and motivated. 
You will be the technical point of contact for security operations across all regions, ensuring smooth communication and execution. You will co-manage a small, agile team in Costa Rica and India, ensuring cohesive and goal-oriented operations. 
You will manage relationships with core vendors, ensuring high-quality service and innovation. As a communicator, you will keep sponsors and stakeholders informed and engaged. 
You will help define global standards for premises security and make strategic recommendations for improvements. You will take ownership of your responsibilities and identify opportunities for growth and innovation, keeping the premises security function at the forefront of the company's smart office initiatives. Additionally, you will advocate for the company's stringent security rules, ensuring they are upheld and integrated into all aspects of the smart office ecosystem.
