Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Android application development, including experience leading or managing a development team.
Proven expertise in developing native Android applications using Java or Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and relevant libraries and frameworks.
Experience with design patterns, architecture components, and best practices in Android development.
Proficiency in integrating APIs and web services, as well as working with JSON and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration and deployment tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience in mentoring or leading other developers is advantageous.
Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and user-centered design approaches.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices is a plus.
