About the role
- Work with line of business segments for budget funding of priorities set by Product
- Work with finance on the variance they are reporting monthly
- Function as a Planview SME by assisting Develop Managers and Capital Market Intelligence hub CMIH to setup projects in Planview as per standards/maintain all the authorizations and allocations for project resources as needed
- Assist Develop Managers on the newly rolled out tools wherever needed
- Work with Development Managers to focus on timesheet compliance
- Act on all projects based on CMIH, compliance related actions recommendations
- Assist /Train Develop Manager and leaders on the new guidelines issued by CMIH and make sure action has been taken accordingly
- Assist with Capacity Strategy| Planning| Reporting as needed
- Access CMIH intel on HC/Real Dev Capacity HC/Update Quick Base to reflect correct team for accurate real dev capacity and reporting
- Action any kind of report from Planview and CMIH; do analysis to produce customized reports targeted to specific needs
- Increase efficiency by implementing drillable self-service reporting
- Other responsibilities as needed

- We drive projects for clients across APAC, EMEA and Americas for multiple Lines of Business, namely Lending, Treasury & Risk and Trade & Asset Services.
- We drive projects which are “New Product Implementations” or “Product Upgrades” varying in duration from a few months to more than a year.

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel , Macros, PowerPoint – Professional presentations)
- Experience in scripting –(VBA, Powershell. Python or other relevant languages)
- Hands on expertise in PMO tools (JIRA, Microsoft project, ServiceNow or similar)

• Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence
• In-depth knowledge of FIS products and services and business operations
• Requires high level of understanding FIS business systems and industry requirements.
• General knowledge of financial solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
• Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
• Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management
• Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills
• Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across FIS as well as client/partner organizations

- Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage.
- Had experience in supporting project managers and their teams in successfully delivering individual projects.
