About the Job 


We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator for T.EN University, to join our HR Operations team based in Noida.

Main accountabilities: 


  • Organize the logistics for the planning and the deliveries of training sessions. 
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and T.EN University Coordination Lead to develop detailed logistics plans for each learning program, considering factors such as venue selection, equipment needs, and transportation requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants regarding logistical inquiries and support needs for Technip French entites.
  • Provide logistical guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
  • Swift communication & strong co-ordinations with local L&Ds, vendors, and other departments to arrange end to end training. 
  • Act as the single point of contact between GBS, Learning and the organization. 
  • Monitor logistics operations and address any issues or deviations from established protocols promptly.
  • Ensure seat optimization on our sessions.
  • Maintain and upload accurate training records for all the delivered sessions. This includes tracking attendance, documenting training completion, and creating tickets to register employees’ training records.
  • Process reporting and Dashboards through our Learning Management System.

About You 


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a learning and development or training environment.
  •  French Language is must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results. 
  • Good analytical Skills, Industry Knowledge, Strong understanding of business goals and high standards for customer service 
  • Excellent command on LMS (Cornerstone) 
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) 
  • Ability to handle difficult client situations and derive strategic solutions 
  • Keen analytical and research abilities 
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities 
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business 
  • Flexible working in shifts
