PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
Prepare annual and monthly training calendar and roll out as per
timeline.
Administers spending against the departmental budget.
Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a
variety of media.
Coordinating external training as the need arises
Maintain all documents as per IMS requirement
Responsible for internal/external audits as per IMS
requirements
Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers
and department heads
Responsible for monthly budget vs actual training MIS.
Accountable for preparing site engagement plan, budgeting and
ensure to execute all activities at site.
Developing and delivering the organization’s internal communi‐
cation strategy, planning, and calendar of activity to increase
levels of employee engagement.
Supporting HR advisors in organising various activities at site.
Responsible for all HR analytics like exit analysis, training analy‐
sis etc.
