Provide voice of customer input on key Innovation programsJob Qualification Required:Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Self-starter and independent, with strong in new business development (NBD) acumenExcellent business and financial acumenProven experience in channel management or business development. Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques, particularly those relevant to channel management, to assist partners in promoting products effectively.Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and relevant software to manage relationships and track performance.Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms with channel partners and resolve conflicts effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
