SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
Develop the Wind Business and Transformer Business, create new customers, and promote Jotun products by understanding the market, recognizing business opportunities, and developing a good network to increase market share.
Introduce, promote, and sell assigned products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits and gathering market intelligence to achieve budget deliverables in value, volume, and gross margins.
Build and nurture relationships with key customers by building excellent rapport across hierarchies and providing compelling value propositions to increase market share.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications to secure sustainable market share and promote Jotun as a preferred supplier of high-quality paints and services.
Manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability, and cost targets are achieved.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications. Build multi-level and multi-functional relationships at all key accounts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
• Qualification : B.E /B.Tech (Mechanical /Chemical / Civil) / Science Graduate
• Experience : Minimum 5 + years of experience in Protective Sales
• Should have experience of working with the wind tower companies / Wind Blade Manufacturers / Transformer Companies .
