What is the purpose of this role?



As part of the eComm Key Account Management team you will engage and build strong business relationships with Key Customers to deliver on business objectives. You will build and execute strategic plans, build and maintain relationships with customers, drive execution excellence, analyze market trends, and contribute to the achievement of net sales, margins and growth targets. You will also independently lead the business planning and delivery of select accounts assigned directly to you.



What would be the responsibilities for this role?



Business Planning and Delivery 


● Planning, Implementing the identified 6P Strategy with the customers
● Deliver higher share than offline for all our categories
● Driving data based decision making by analyzing sales trends and key metrics
● Engaging with Brand and Digital teams to integrate and implement the brand strategies online
● Continually exploring potential business opportunities and staying up to date on ever evolving platform and channel trends



Customer Engagement



● Continuous engagement with all customers, driving JBP and supporting T2T engagement with them
● Onboarding of new customer accounts


Operational Efficiencies



● Customer-level Commercial Business Planning(CBP) to ensure stock planning is done
● Engaging with Field / operations team to ensure smooth delivery of business ● Working with CS&L for transition to Direct and managing Direct deliveries
● Managing Customer Claims and processing them in timely manner Independent account handling
● Planning Customer level spends and ensuring P&L at customer level is maintained
● Achieve customer-level and category-level sales values to deliver the target Net Sales for the year
● Planning and implementing the 6P Strategy with the customers

Education:



4-6 years of overall experience including 2+ years of experience in sales 


Strong understanding of ecomm channel


MBA degree
