As a Technical Recruiter, you possess a robust aptitude, solid tech understanding, and effective communication skills. You have a passion for technology and thrive in a collaborative environment. You are eager to contribute to a dynamic team focused on developing an ambitious product team. This role presents an opportunity for you to kickstart your career by engaging in building tech teams for various projects that involve the latest advancements in big data, cloud technologies, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Seeking a dynamic, determined and passionate entry-level Technical Recruiter between 1-3 years of experience.
  • Flair understanding in various Technologies/Skill sets.
  • Good into Tech sourcing/screening/validating candidate profiles as per tech roles. 
  • Arranging for Phone/Video/In-person interviews post shortlisting by the TA/Hiring Manager. 
  • Stakeholder management - Effectively communicating with candidates to keep them abreast on their candidature at various levels.
  • Regular interaction with Hiring Manager’s/TA functions for visibility on the roles.
  • Constantly fuel the candidate pipeline. 
  • Preparing reports/tracker and share with TA Functions. 
  • Strong communicator with presentation skills
