• Identifying leads - reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to identify qualified leads. 
• Qualifying leads - understand customer needs and determine if they are a good fit for the product or service. 
• Managing customer relationships - build rapport with potential and existing customers to foster long-term business. 
• Maintaining call records - accurately log call details, including customer information, interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM software.
