We are looking for a Product Owner.
You’ll make a difference by:
• Having willingness and ability to empathize, analyze, document, socialize & drive the customer / end-user requirements & features, along with the development teams.
• Having passion towards end-user empathy, product conceptualization & continuous value delivery to the end customers.
• Having Good understanding & experience on working with cloud-based software services.
• Having Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good hands-on experience on tools, like Jira or IBM Jazz RTC.
• Having Knowledge of enterprise security domain, PSIM - Physical Security Information Management, including Access Control, Intrusion, Perimeter Detection, Video and Fire Systems.
What are my responsibilities?
• Work with Product managers to convert business requirements to software features & service enhancements.
• Basis business goals, continuously refine features, user stories & enablers, along with clear & detailed acceptance criteria – and socialize with the teams.
• Owning and managing the product backlog for scrum teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Product & Release Managers, Scrum Masters, architects, development, and QA teams along with stakeholders in dependent R&D projects.
• Reviewing & approving system architecture decisions.
• You take on a responsible role as product owner in the development of Security portfolio software products – that stand for state-of-the-art, integrated security solutions for companies, consisting of a software suite that extends across a wide range of applications.
• In an international development team, you are primarily responsible for the content planning and coordination of development tasks. On the one hand, you work closely with product management in Germany and, on the other hand, closely with development and test teams in several locations, including India.
• You accompany and influence the entire life cycle of the product, from the idea through development to market launch - through technical innovations you continually create a competitive advantage that you convert into commercial success.
• Together with product management and sales, you will develop and evaluate new market opportunities and examine the effort and feasibility of these ideas together with the development.
• You accompany the agile development process and ensure that the greatest possible customer benefit is achieved with the lowest possible costs. he essential task is to further sharpen customer benefits through early feedback from all stakeholders.
• Through continuous cooperation with customers, we ensure that customers are satisfied and fascinated by our products.
You’ll win us over by:
• Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.
• Knowledge of enterprise security domain, PSIM - Physical Security Information Management, including Access Control, Intrusion, Perimeter Detection, Video and Fire Systems.
• Experience of working in IoT, Cloud platform development projects
• Working experience in agile software development (daily scrum, pair sessions, sprint planning, retro & review, clean code and self organized), configuration, testing and release management.
• Product Owner Certification.
• Working experience in SAFe or Agile Scrum.
