Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.
The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses. SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:
Eurofins is undergoing a significant IT and infrastructure transformation to address new security challenges across regions. A critical part of this effort involves updates to the company's Information Systems (EurIS), including the central and regional web-based Marketing & Offer applications known as ComLIMS.
The ComLIMS (Communication and Laboratory Information Management System) and ADMS (Account Data Management System) Programs at Eurofins include two internally developed web applications and various support services (such as reporting, data, and business intelligence). These tools are essential for Eurofins laboratories worldwide, aiding in their sales and production processes for analytical services. The programs play a vital role in Eurofins' strategy, enabling efficient cross-selling between laboratories. Additionally, the programs' components and data are integrated into numerous Eurofins applications, making it a key initiative within the global Eurofins Group.
This position is part of the ComLIMS and ADMS PMO Team (Project Management Office). The role involves managing several PMO responsibilities, including overseeing Program Service Cards, Cost Models, and SLA/OLA management. Additionally, the position involves administration of the ComLIMS and ADMS SharePoint sites, resource management, governance, license management, training, NPS surveys, internal processes, KPIs, risk and security management.

Initial Education Background:
Computer Science or Information System Management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Language skills and level expected (Mother tongue; Fluent; Professional)
English (fluent) required.
Type and duration of previous experience:
Ideally having IT background education such as Computer Science or Information System Management with minimum 2 years of experience in project management, business process and/or software development experience in an international environment.
Technical knowledge:
Computer Science or Information System Management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
