QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of professional experience in HR
- Master's degree preferably in HR
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be based in our Gurgaon, India Center as part of our HR team within McKinsey Global & Capabilities Services Pvt. Ltd. You will report to the Specialist of HR in Gurgaon, and work in close collaboration with many other HR colleagues.
McKinsey Global & Capabilities Services based in Gurgaon, consists of approximately 2000+ colleagues who serve the global firm across many paths such as Client Capabilities Network, Technology Ecosystem, Finance, Corporate tax, Executive Assistant, and People functions among various others.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will play a pivotal part in coordinating key HR/Benefits programs and processes in a specified geography, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting risk management efforts.
In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for colleagues seeking assistance on various areas within the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for various people related processes in Gurugram by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across locations, functions and service lines.
You will work towards enhancing employee experience by ensuring the availability and integrity of data across critical areas of the employee lifecycle. You will support essential processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, engagement, offboarding and participate in various month-end activities. You will manage our people systems, support local compliance audits and data processing. You will also develop and maintain HR data records including managing active and inactive employee files and supporting the storage of records.
You will be responsible for end-to-end HR reporting, including periodic and ad-hoc reports on employee data and metrics, analysis of business requests and translation of business requirements into effective and impactful dashboards/reports. You will address a variety of first-level HR-related data/reporting inquiries from HR teams and business leaders.
