Job Title : Junior Engineer - Quality 
Division (Weir Minerals)
Location : Bangalore
Onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or elimination for pump assembly.  
•    Development of inspection and work instructions of pump assembly and testing. 
•    Preparation of pump performance test reports.
•    Handling the customer inspections for pump performance testing.
•    Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality  standards.
•    Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
•    Communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor on customer compliant, Andon analysis, Special requirements. 
•    Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
•    Monitoring and take care of testing instruments calibrations.
