Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, and assisting in the execution of construction projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure they are progressing as per schedule.
  
• Monitor and maintain quality control while ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  
• Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  
• Assist in planning and executing construction work under senior engineers' supervision.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  
• Inspect materials, tools, and work quality to minimize project delays.
  
• Resolve minor on-site issues and escalate concerns to senior engineers when required.
  
• Support in quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ verification.
  
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and project teams to achieve construction goals.
  

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• 2 to 3 years in civil construction projects 
  
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and quality control.
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  
• Hands-on experience in managing site activities and ensuring work progress.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
