Objectives of this role:
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners; understanding their needs, and anticipating them in advance
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite workflow
Manage expectations between brands & content creators/ influencers
Liaise between multiple stakeholders including client, creators/influencers
Stay current with social media platforms, pop-culture and industry trends
Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
Key responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for the clients assigned
Plan and execute social media & content marketing campaigns as per its objectives and KPIs
Ability to measure and analyze effectiveness of campaigns
Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings
Occasionally research and assist with digital campaign development for new client pitches
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
Ensure timely contracting, and invoicing of clients, vendors and partners
Finance tracking, contracts and payments related responsibility
Programme, manage and handle social media accounts for industry leading brands
