Incumbent must have 1-2 Yrs. of selling experience in PEB/Structural Steel/Project Selling/Construction equipments.
People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.
Preference would be given to candidates having previous experience in PEB/Structural Steel Industry.
A Sales Support Engineer coordinates with people and resources to evaluate customer support issues. Their Job typically includes communicating both internal and externally and providing timely information to respective stakeholders.
Manage communication, co-ordination and activity with internal departments and external customers is time-consuming and necessarily needs dedicated attention for better project management.
1. Liaise with PMG HO & Plant for document submissions
2. CO-ordination with customer & consultant for activities like submissions of Design submission, AB Submission, GA submission and approvals and other co-ordination activity
3. Schedule submission and tracking for actual v/s planned schedule and to follow up with various inter PMG, design & drafting.
4. Tracking & following with shipment plans
5. Co-ordination with Purchase department for timely procurement of any buyouts and accessories of the project
6. Paying visit to customers or consultant in case of co-ordination meetings are needs to be attended with sales team
7. Any other relevant activity that deemed fit and asked by Sales Head,
8. Customer relations management and customer service
9. To develop new markets
QUALIFICATION:
B.E/B.TECH (CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGG/MECH/INDUSTRIAL)
EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY:
1-2 years in preferably in PEB companies / Project Selling / Construction Equipments
