Jr Analyst Fulfillment

What success looks like in this role:

• Gains familiarity with Fulfillment concepts, practices and methodologies. • With guidance, performs basic fulfillment duties, including:  o Procuring finished goods and planned purchase parts for production to meet internal and/or external client requirements or forecasted requirements.  o Verifying orders against invoices and other documentation,  o Working with suppliers to expedite purchase orders and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery,  o Developing working relationships with supply and fulfillment partners from an operational / logistics perspective,  o Ordering, tracking and updating inventory within Supply Chain management and related systems,  o Tracking delivery dates and shipment details of purchase orders,  o Researching and resolving / escalating delivery, invoicing and other discrepancies, and  o Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Learns and complies with the company’s supply chain, scheduling and fulfillment standards and policies. • Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
