Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an avid technologist who –

• work in partnership with project manager/BA and business stakeholders to understand requirement.
• has expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
• can perform code reviews, test case reviews to ensure the good code quality.
• component Design/Coding/Unit Testing and Debugging.

Here is what you bring -

• You have 2-4 years of work experience in designing and developing applications using Java/J2EE and spring boot.
• You are expert in Java 17 Programming Language.
• You have hands-on experience in Microservices and REST APIs implementation.
• You have an expertise in integrating with applications using web services, servlets, JMS,Kafka etc.
• You have experience building Distributed / Service Oriented / Microservice-style and cloud-based architectures (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• You have experience in Angular, JSON, HTML and CSS.
• You have worked on CI/CD tools like Git , Jenkins, TeamCity, Sonar Cube, BitBucket, UDeploy etc
• You have experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• You have knowledge of Linux , Tomcat , Apache, Nginx administration .
• You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
• You are an avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation.
• You possess advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization

On a typical day here is what you could do –

• You will provide technical and business knowledge for users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
• You will act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors and as an advisor or coach to new or junior.

• You will participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production. Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• You will maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• You will manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.
• You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
